About Us
Welcome to Rory Mullen Physiotherapy and Strength and Conditioning, a physiotherapy and strength & conditioning service dedicated to helping athletes and general population perform at their best — both in sport and in everyday life.
Founded in August 2021, our journey began as a part-time venture driven by a passion for improving movement, performance, and recovery. Through consistent growth and a strong reputation for results, we proudly expanded into a full-time business in March 2025.
Our approach combines clinical expertise with performance-driven training, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care — from injury rehabilitation through to return-to-play and performance enhancement.

With a background that bridges both physiotherapy and athletic development, Rory brings a unique, evidence-based perspective to every client interaction. This integrated approach allows for a seamless transition from injury management to peak physical performance.
Over the years, Rory has worked with a wide range of sporting teams and organisations, including:
Saul GAC, Kilclief GAC, Kilcoo GAC, Ballycran GAC, Down GAA, Irish FA, Down Milk Cup, Antrim LGFA, Rostrevor GAC, Dundrum GAC, among others.
These experiences have shaped a deep understanding of the demands of sport — from club level to elite competition — and have reinforced our mission to provide athletes with the care, structure, and support needed to perform at their highest level.
